Please read these terms carefully before confirming our services. By using Guardian Care Services, you agree to follow these rules.
Service Agreement
All services are provided after signing a formal Service Agreement. Once signed, it constitutes a binding agreement between Guardian Care Services and the client.
Advance Requirement:
100% payment of the agreed amount must be made at the time of signing the agreement. This advance payment will be adjusted in the final month of your care service duration.
Payment Terms
- Billing Deadline: Monthly bills must be cleared in full by the 5th of each month.
- Official Transactions: All payments must be processed directly through Guardian Care official channels.
- Policy on Staff Tips: No payment discussions, personal tips, or financial deals should be conducted directly with the field staff.

Baby Care
Exclusion: Staff are not responsible for general household chores (cooking, cleaning the home, laundry for other residents) unless explicitly specified and agreed upon in the written Service Agreement.
Client Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean working environment for our staff members.
- Maintain respectful and professional behavior toward staff at all times.
- Clients are encouraged to check staff bags or belongings upon their departure; claims made later without proof will not be accepted.
- Direct any feedback or issues regarding staff performance to official Guardian Care management only.
Staff Responsibilities
Guardian Care ensures all personnel meet the following standards:
Qualified and background-verified for the specific care type requested.
Strict adherence to professional safety and hygiene protocols.
Cancellation & Refund
Before Signing
Cancellations made before the formal agreement is signed are eligible for a 100% refund.
After Signing
Post-signing cancellations may be subject to administrative or service charges as outlined in the contract.
Confidentiality
Patient Privacy
All medical data, family routines, and personal information are strictly confidential. Our staff are trained to honor your privacy and are legally bound to protect your sensitive information.
No Personal Dealings
To ensure service quality and accountability, we maintain a strict policy against external arrangements:
- No private hiring of staff outside the official agreement.
- No private financial deals for extra hours or specialized tasks.
- Violation results in immediate service termination without refund.
